A café premises at 12 Little Dockray has been let through Mere Commercial. The 1.200 sqft unit has been leased to Paul and Andzia who have re-locating to Penrith from Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire to follow their dream of having a cafe business, which will trade under the name Chapter 12 and open in March, focusing on quality and service.
