A number of sales and lettings agreed last year through Mere Commercial completed towards the end of 2021 and start of
2022. Sales completed include 9 Bridge Street, Appleby, a commercial investment property; Eden Gallery Tea Rooms, Penrith;
Agricola House, Penrith, a commercial building; Eden Gate Guest House, Penrith and 4a Derwent Close, Penrith, an office
building. Retail premises have also been let in Poets Walk, Penrith and Main Street, Keswick. The company report that several
other deals are in the pipeline in what has been a reasonably strong start to 2022.
