DGRE in Partnership with Mere

Mere Commercial is pleased to announce that commercial agency work, the sales and lettings of property, will in future be handled by an associate firm, DGRE Chartered Surveyors, who are based in the northeast and have an office at Warwick Bridge, near Carlisle. Duncan Young, who established Mere Commercial 10 years ago and has a wealth of experience in the Cumbrian property market, will continue to provide commercial property valuations, rental and business rates advice to business clients and assist DGRE on a consultancy basis. Duncan said “I have been thinking for some time about stepping back and semi-retiring and, after a short sabbatical this summer, will continue to provide professional advice as Mere Commercial. DGRE are a growing firm, keen to establish themselves in Cumbria.”
