Keswick Shop Let to Lakeland Company

The front part of a retail property in Keswick's pedestrianised shopping area has been let to Lake District Estates Limited. The shop at 12-14 Main Street is owned by John Young Furnishings, who will continue to trade from the rear of the property and a separate showroom behind. Lake District Estates are moving their Peter Rabbit and Friends brand from Lake Road and plan to open a cafe in the premises. Mere Commercial acted on behalf of John Young Furnishings in marketing the property and negotiating the letting.
