A business unit at Southey Hill Trading Estate in Keswick has been sold via Mere Commercial to Keswick based event management company, CBA Events. The unit extends to 225 square metres on two floors and includes offices and storage accommodation. Mere Commercial were acting on behalf of a private client. The price has not been disclosed.
