Maryport Pub Sold

The Royal Victoria Inn in the Cumbrian harbour town of Maryport has been sold through Mere Commercial on behalf of Punch Partnerships Limited. The Royal is a substantial Victorian property which has a large bar, function room, 9 letting bedrooms and a managers flat and is located on a side street near the town centre. It has been acquired by a West Midlands based consortium for an undisclosed price.
