More shop deals in Penrith town centre

Mere Commercial have let two more retail shops in Penrith town centre and the sale of another shop has completed.

8 Little Dockray has been let to Flower Designs who are moving after 23 years trading from the town’s arcade.

4 Queen Street has been let as an e-cigarette outlet.

15 Victoria Road, the former number 15 café, has been sold to a local businessman but the proposed use has not been divulged.
