New shop letting in Penrith

We are pleased to announce that the former Lonsdales Bar at 12 Little Dockray in Penrith town centre has been relet through Mere Commercial. A new lease has been taken by Karen Lamb from Carlisle who will operate a daytime café from the premises. Work is well under way to refit the premises and the business is due to open early next month. The premises went on the market in early June and the letting had been agreed by mid July.
