North Lakes Warehouse Let to Utility Company

A modern workshop / warehouse unit at North Lakes Business Park near Penrith has been let to Aptus Utilities, an independent utility connection provider, through letting agent Mere Commercial. Ullswater House extends to approximately 3,000 sqft of floor space with loading doors and a fenced forecourt.

According to Duncan Young of Mere Commercial, ‘North Lakes Business Park remains a popular location, being fairly centrally situated within the county with easy access via the A66 to west Cumbria and just a few minutes from the M6 motorway at Junction 40 but also looking over the splendid vista of north Lakes fells’.

Mere Commercial are marketing a number of other units and development land on the business park which are also attracting good interest.
