Offices at Clint Mill, Penrith, have been let to global services provider, Avtel, who have re-located their local office from Hackthorpe. Avtel have taken the entire 3rd floor which extends to around 2,400 square feet. Mere Commercial were letting agents for the landlord’s, Dodd and Co, who occupy most of the remainder of the five-story building.
