Penrith 40 Business Park Facility Sold

Mere Commercial are pleased to announce completion of the sale of Signal House at Penrith 40 Business Park, Penrith. 

Signal House is a storage office and workshop facility which was built in 1999 to service the Caldbeck television transmitter but that work is being relocated to the mast itself.

The property has been acquired by Veterinary Vision Limited, a specialist ophthalmic veterinary service covering the north of England and south of Scotland.  Veterinary Vision are moving from their existing premises in Haweswater Road just a couple of hundred yards from their new property.

Signal House was on the market with Mere Commercial at a guide price of £295,000 and according to Duncan Young, Director, ‘it attracted considerable interest and was sold following a best offers procedure.’
