Penrith Restaurant and Wine Bar Sold

Penrith restaurant and wine bar, Grants of Castlegate, has a new owner following a sale of the business and property. The new operator is local chef and businessman, Stephen Tierney. Grants was created from a shoe shop in 2005 and run with great enthusiasm by William and Allison Davidson for 16 years. Mere Commercial was the selling agent.
