A retail shop at 45 King Street, Penrith has been sold through Mere Commercial. The freehold of the property has been acquired by Arnison Heelis who are relocating their expanding estate agency business from St Andrews Square. For many years 45 King Street was occupied by Cumbria Photo who have moved to new premises in Little Dockray. The two storey property, which has a ground floor sales area and additional work room and office accommodation was on the market with Mere at a guide price of £180,000.
