Rating Re-valuation 2017

The next business rates re-valuation is under way and new rateable values for all non domestic property will come into effect on 1st April 2017. The new rateable values will be published in October 2016 when representations can be made if there are factual errors. Appeals can be submitted after 1 April 2017. Further information will follow on this website later in the year.
