Rosegarth Guest House and Tearooms in the Lake District coastal village of Ravenglass has been sold through Mere Commercial. The delightful 7 bedroom b and b and tearoom has been acquired by local businessman, Ian Bell. The sale of the business and freehold property was on behalf of Neil Anderson.
