Refill Store to Open in Penrith

A lock-up retail shop in Penrith has been let through Mere Commercial. 6 Angel Lane has been taken by Another Weigh who will operate a refill store. Customers will be able to refill their own containers or use biodegradable bags provided to purchase grocery store products by weight; rice, pasta, cereals, spices, grains, pulses, dried fruits, nuts and seeds as well as body care and household cleaning products.
