Screwfix move into Keswick

A shop unit in Keswick's main shopping area has been let to Screwfix. The premises at 85-87 Main Street has a potential sales area of around 2,800 sqft and has more recently been occupied as a gift shop. Mere Commercial acted on behalf of the landlord in marketing the property and negotiating the letting.
