Solway Pub Letting

The Joiners Arms, a country pub at Newton Arlosh near the Solway Coast in north west Cumbria, has been let through specialist Cumbrian commercial and licensed property agent, Mere Commercial.  The agents were marketing the Joiners Arms either for sale or to let on behalf of owners Darren Maddison and Angela Clark. 

The new tenant is Chris Robinson who is relocating to Cumbria from Dumfries and Galloway.  The Joiners Arms has ample character and charm with two good sized bars and seating areas with wood panelled walls plus a rear car park and seating terrace. 

According to Duncan Young of Mere Commercial  “the property has enormous potential from its existing facilities to develop the trade.  The licensed property sector has seen a busy period in 2016 with a number of pubs in Cumbria and the Lake District being sold or let.”
