Tearoom Business in Penrith Sold

The Ice Cream Garden and Tearoom in Penrith town centre has been taken over by Aaron Yeates and Sandra Ottewell from Jacqui Chapman who has retired from the business. The business was marketed and sold through Mere Commercial.
