Workington Warehouse Sold

A warehouse unit in Workington has been sold to North West Ambulance Service. The 12,000 sqft building on Derwent Drive which included full solar panels on the roof was previously occupied by AA Carpets, who have relocated. The property attracted a lot of interest and final bids were invited earlier this year. Mere Commercial were marketing and selling agents.
